Pongpat Riangkruar
Mr. Pongpat Riangkruar is a distinguished Thai legal expert with over 35 years of high-level government service, including roles as a State Attorney and Public Prosecutor. He represented Thailand at the United Nations in Vienna for negotiations on the UN Convention Against Corruption. Following his government career, he served as Chief Knowledge Officer for Thailand's Ministry of Justice, where he was responsible for training over 30,000 staff members. Pongpat is a passionate advocate for legal capacity building, having led Thai partnerships with Chicago-Kent College of Law. Currently, he is an International Arbitrator and a member of the International Advisory Board at the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), and serves as a partner and advisor at Opus International Law in Bangkok.
