Biography

Subhraraporn is a Thai-qualified lawyer with over ten years of in-house legal and compliance experience advising multinational and regional organizations across diverse industries, including energy, insurance, and manufacturing. She holds a Master of Laws in Business Laws from Thammasat University and is licensed as both a Lawyer and a Notarial Services Attorney in Thailand.

Her areas of practice focus on in-house corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance and advisory, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, employment and labour law, personal data protection (PDPA), and insurance regulatory compliance. She brings practical, business-oriented legal support to clients who require reliable in-house style counsel without the overhead of a full-time team.

Subhraraporn has experience working with companies operating across the AMEA region and is well-versed in supporting businesses navigate regulatory requirements in Thailand's evolving legal landscape.
